Four Season Whitetail's
Ya think there will be some great guns buys after a bunch of felonies are logged?. You can bet they will just be itching to nab and showcase the charges.
Mr VJP
And when they go to court, the jurors need to invoke "jury nullification" which means they agree the defendant broke the law, but the law is unjust and he never should have been arrested in the first place. So he is set free. This is how we need to give Albany the finger and show them we are still the power in NYS. Not elected officials seeking to replace Liberty with tyranny.

If the BS report that New Yorkers support the law 2 to 1. That could mean that 8 jurors support the safe act and 4 do not. But all you really need in one juror to refuse to vote guilty.
hunter49
We don't have assault weapons, (no such weapon other than in the military) what is there for us to register ?? Remember only 4.5 million people voted in the last governor's election & there are 6 million gun owners in N.Y. All of us need to vote when the time comes!!
