I purchased an Axis in 22-250 for calling coyotes.  Shooting the Hornady superformance the thing is a tack driver.  I have the bushnell 4-16x40 illuminated scope with the CF500 reticle, basically same as the nikon BDC but lines instead of circles.  Haven't had a chance to put it out any further than 100yrds but would not hesitate.  Also replaced the spring in the trigger for a crisper pull.  Very nice gun for the money if you ask me.post-1885-0-20649200-1409257269_thumb.jp
