First to the woods

Since most bucks are nocturnal would entering the woods before first light decrease your changes of getting a buck and what would be the best time to enter the woods ... In my case have to set up a ground blind will be hunting on public land

Are you talking about opening day of SZ gun season? If so, this is peak rutting time for the bucks so they will be cruising around 24/7.

Get in early (1/2 hour before first light). Set up your blind. Hang your orange vest/flag. Settle in and watch the woods come to life!

Yes predate I am talking about opening day for gun season in sz thanks .... Where would be the best spot to hang or tie something orange on the blind or on a tree next to it ?
