Best warm non bulky camo

I bought Arctic Shield bibs and jacket 

They are thin but man I’m not warm in them .

 The other day it was in the high 30s windy ..

 I had long johns too and bottom , sweat shirt , sweat pants , the bibs and jacket .

 I was not overly warm and after like 3 hrs I was shivering .

i do have a heated vest that helps but seems like there must be something better without sweating to death walking to my stand
