bisceglia Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 look up a venison processor, i doubt anyone here is going to make it into jerky for you, or better yet go buy yourself a grinder, dehydrator, jerky gun, some seasoning, and a book on how to process your deer and do it all yourself. DirtTime Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 ALL into jerky? You're wasting prime cuts of deer meat. Loins, straps, leg steak/roast.....Even the neck can be used as a nice roast. You put taters, carrots, cracked pepper, and fresh garlic in, wrap it with butcher string and roast it. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To each their own I guess.....
