ALL into jerky? You're wasting prime cuts of deer meat. Loins, straps, leg steak/roast.....Even the neck can be used as a nice roast. You put taters, carrots, cracked pepper, and fresh garlic in, wrap it with butcher string and roast it. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

To each their own I guess.....
