This my hunting season in a nutshell. In stand no shots at all. out working today and this one comes up dogging a doe. Stood there at 15 yards with a 60 inch mower running. Maybe that my problem I'm not hunting from a mower.

[Short Track Hunter]

If I was a road hunter opening weekend, I could have filled 20 freezers. Being in the woods, I saw NO deer. I even saw a monster buck with his nose to the pavement, 5 am opening morning. He was chasing a doe across the road. I wanted to mow him down with my truck, but last I checked, vehicles are not legal hunting implements.

Then driving home, every highway had doe on the shoulder eating grass.

It was ridiculous.

My buddy used a leave blower to get a big 10 on LI, in jeans.   The buck always ran from camo.
