Simmons Scope & B Square Saddle Mount:  Used a few deer seasons/Excellent condition.  Allows you to mount & sight in scope, then you can take it off for small game and put it back on and still be sighted in.

It's a men's medium... I am also 5'8" but have 15 pounds on you. I would guess it would be a tight fit.
