Does the SafeAct allow family members to transfer a pistol from one permit to another?  My dad had a Colt Diamondback .22 in mint cond. in the original box.  I want to put it in my collection before he passes away.

I believe family members can coregister pistols on there permit, my father and I have all our pistols on both our permits.
