fearthebeard
on the 21st I was thinking about changing up what I normally do opening weekend last year I harvested my first buck out of a tree stand I had just put up I was thinking instead of hunting the whole day there getting out around 2 and moving to a cove in the corner of the soy field that has a tree in the middle of it my other stand is inside of the woods lots of trails intersecting threw it had a huge scrape that was being hit by everything about 50 yards away

chas0218
I used to hunt all day but I never saw anything past 10am as it was. I don't waste my time anymore sitting all day. I have done it 3 years in a row by last year I said it was for the birds. I sit for the first and last 4 hours of light.
