NJ man loses firearms over DV case he wasn't even a part of.

 

A New Jersey man lost his rights to his entire gun collection (76 Firearms) in an appeals court ruling Wednesday, seized due to a protective order on his wife from her father.

Well he clearly was in violation of NJ's assault weapons ban by possessing those banned guns so therefore by breaking the law he must now pay the consequences.
