Concealed Carry

Has anyone recently, post SAFE Act, successfully had their pistol permit amended from "Limited use Hunting/Target" to concealed carry? Specifically Albany County.

Can't help you with that. My friends from your area are all either LE or military. Concealed carry comes with the job.

I hate to be "that guy" but I think that in NY State (under LIL King Andy) it would be near impossible to have a pistol license upgraded from Sportsman to carry. I know of several people in Onondaga Co. who have tried only to be denied. I don't get the whole "Sportsman only" permit. "Keep and BARE"
