Goose recipe ,yum yum

Put bird in the center of a piece of plywood ,I like to use the cabinet grade berch, cook on 350 for 1 hour . After it's done ,throw the goose out and eat the plywood.

I figured some of you heard that one before but an old timer at work just said it to me and I laughed my nuts off.
