Filmed two strange fish mating or dancing

Me and the family did a little detecting and creek exploring. Found some cool stuff but I filmed a couple of fish that I've never seen before around here. Anyone know what kind they are? Never seen any fish like these around here in Georgia before.

Look like perch to me

That's what I thought but if we have perch I'm definitely not aware of it. I was thinking some sort of darter but I could be wrong. Usually am.
