Yes its another guy who has decided to try to scam people.  This picture has been on the internet for at least 3 years.  Its not from Oneida Lake this picture was originally taken in a river down south.  The sturgeon in Oneida pretty much max around 30 lbs.  Why people claim they took such pictures like this and mountain lions etc makes zero sense to a normal mans thinking.
