Looking for a land lease for 2017 for bow hunting and/or gun hunting in the Albany/Rensselaer/Columbia counties area.

Its for sale but were thinking of leasing it for hunting .The price is open for discussion .

Perfect mix of pristine woodland's and open fields ,Plenty of white tail and turkeys .No neighbors .

Land for sale by owner ...67 Acres , Old Chatham NY . Columbia county .
Streams , Ponds , Excellent deer hunting , Barn and Pole barn .
Very Private . Old farm house on property that is usable for hunting otherwise Needs full Rehab or teardown .
$1.2 million for sale ...(not lease price .)

I have to ask what makes that little bit of land worth that kind of jingle?  We got 976 acres for 225 grand. Guess i am missing something?

What would the lease price be for a lot worth 1.2?

That's close to what 100 acres is worth close to my neck of the woods unfortunately. I wiash we could find 100 acres for 225K let alone 976 acres. That being said its probably not going to sell for that kind of price. People just don't go upstate as often as they used to, to spend that kind of money on 67 acres.
