BKhunter
Does anyone own a good deli slicer they recommend? Looking to get one for homemade bacon and salami's. Don't want to break the bank, but would like a good quality sturdy machine.
tuckersdaddy
find a deli or grocery store going out of buisness and try to pick up the real deal such as a hobart. i have several different 'home' slicers, some old style some new, and quite honestly they dont cut it. many reasons from lack of power to lack of blade size. most dont have enough space between the blade edge and arbor to cut semi frozen meat, or they lack the power to cleanly slice thawed meat. Anything fatty such as pepperoni just becomes a balled up mess. you will be happier with a good knife.Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
