At Gander Moutain this thing is going to be $299. Looking at the Crosman site it appears similar to the very well regarded Sniper 370 that people have been raving about, except this is 3-4" narrower--but still appears NY legal (17" relaxed vs NY minimum of 14").

NYS is 17" minumum uncocked, not 14".
