Define your version of the "Southern Tier". Lotta land for sale around my area, and in some pretty nice huntings areas. I would patrol the land a couple times a day/night for ya as ling as I had rights to hunt the land.

I am two college educations and a couple weddings from doing anything but that is an arrangement I would look for
