I just googles wild game restaurants and came across this article.  Two restaurants in the area.  One in NYC and the other in Jersey.  Anybody been to any these?  I'm going to make it a point to try the two local ones.

Interesting.  I have not been to either.  The one listed in NYC doesn't really list anything spectacular.  Bison, Venison, and Pheasant.  Not all that exotic when you know it's really farm raised.  For that, just go to Bare Burgers.  There's several around the city and they at least sell Elk Burgers to go along with Wild Boar and Bison.

I'm interested in going to the one in NJ even though it's quite a drive.
