What a great day to jam....

To make strawberry jam..did a double batch of low sugar strawberry. 16, 1/2 pints worth...now I need to freeze the two quarts I cleaned today. I have to say it turned out great. The  patch has payed for itself 3 x's oved already.

I believe you'd have to fight Mr B for it... One taste and he claimed it is the best he's tasted in 35 years. Then went on to discribe how he plans to eat it...toast in the morning, in greek yogurt, one icecream, PB&j..ect..ect
