Turn In A Poacher

I was glad to see that an ethical hunter turned in a poacher here in Cayuga County. I hope that all ethical hunters would do the same thing. There should be no tolerance for anyone breaking our fish and game laws. I hope the Judge gives him the maximum fines for every violation.

I'm pretty sure i have a guy with a rifle and ear protection walking through the private land I hunt. I have to see if it's the L.O's friend or something. Also pretty sure he doesn't have a back tag.... plus what are the dec' s stance on foregrips?
