Nice 4-H pic's! We have had very sporadic deer movement since the gun opener, above the Helderburg escarpment. My hunting partner tells me new scrapes are opening up most every night, but still little daytime movement. This is the time to get very close to bedding areas. Right up next to, or just inside the thick nasties, where they are hiding out during the daylight hours. Anyone who hunts 4-H will tell ya, any deer taken is well earned indeed. Not that they are pushovers elsewhere!
