I just ate at Cortese Restaurant a couple of weeks ago, it was very very good.  I had a veal entree which was great, but the pizzas going by looked really good too.  My cousin and my brother both have been there several times and say it is one of the better Italian Restaurants around, not just in Binghamton area.  Not too far off 81.  The street address is 117 Robinson Street.
