That is the problem right there with fishing forums, as soon as someone ask about a specific place or body of water they get hammerd from everyone else for asking or posting about it. Im on a fishing forum as well and its a joke. You or someone asks a question and nothing but negative replies. No one truly shares their places or techniques they give vague information.

I live on the Salmon River, and Im an ex walleye tournament fisherman, flyfishing is one of many passions, love steelhead fishing and the occasional weekday early salmon fishing before the crowd over runs the river. Salmon fight and fight hard its a tug of war when your spooled up with heavy pound test and a stiff rod its a fight when you are using lighter line on a flyrod.

I fish lake erie & ontario. Love to fish walleye , perch, trout & salmon. Fish erie from Buffalo to Pa. line & western lake ontario. I stay mostly on erie.

im bigtime into centerpinning for steelies in the tribs.. do pretty well. i use an 11 1/2 ' raven steelheader float rod with a raven sst2 pin reel.. very nice combo... killed the steelies last spring... i should say annihilated them.... lots of cell phone pics
