Wanted: Ducks

Hi, does anyone have some pen raised ducks for dog training?

try using pigeons if you don't want them to fly place a snug rubber bans around them so they can't open there wings they can only run if you do not want them to run just tie there feet togther to or just use dead one's

I'm not looking for Ducks not pigeons.

the pigeons will teach your dog how to hold with out bitting them [soft hold] all so it will help them with live birds so he won't be skittish of  them doing this when he is a puppy is best if you use dead or even bumpers he will hold tight and brake skin on the birds when retrieving and he might not let go right away

Papabear, I've been training retrievers for over forty years. I've owned many trained many Master Hunters, and the only dog in the state of Conn. to be inducted into the Master National Hall of Fame. I compete regularly in Field trial and hunt tests. I currently have one dog that made the national derby list and is qualified all age. I know when to use pigeons, I'm looking for DUCKS.

After training retrievers for 40 years and doing as well as you have, I would think you would already have a source for ducks.
