stubborn1VT
I may be in the market for a new hen decoy. It would have to be portable, packable, fairly realistic, and reasonably priced (cheap). Anyone have a favorite? I have had mixed results with decoys, and I'm usually a "run & gun" hunter. However, with the woods being so open this spring, it helps to give old Gobbleface something to look at. The foam decoy I'm using now is almost 20 years old, and has seen better days! What do you all use?
mpavlus
I've always used Featherflex decoys for that reason. I run and gun primarily. They're soft and I can roll them up. I can fit three with stakes in the back pouch of turnkey vest. Quick and quiet to set up. And I've had a lot of success with them. Good luck with them.

My Featherflex decoys did the trick.
