Basically what the French are saying is globalization sucks !!! They where better off 

30 years ago when everything was made locally in France. 

Basically same story as  here is happening all over the western world before you had many middle size fish now because of globalization you have a few sharks eating up all the middle fish .

AnD nothing left but the sharks and the bottom feeders nothing in the middle.
