Bear in 4F?

Has anyone came across any bear in the area?  Never hunted 4F - trying to get a feel for whats up there.

I hunt turkey in Roxbury and always see 2 or 3 bear during a weekend hunt, some rugged hills and great hiding places for bears.

4F in general is not big on bear, I hear they are around however I have never seen one in the Otsego/Deleware county borders. Great deer and Turkey hunting if you get into a great spot and most areas are big on agriculture, not bad also for small game, have taken my share of rabbits and grouse. Up by me we have two bears. A very big boar and a decent size sow. During spring turkey this year he was wandering around looking for something to eat. But there is bear.
