16. ga hunter
Went out with Nash for a couple hours yesterday. The young flusher put up four birds. I only had a shot on one due to the trees holding leafs. Missed on that opportunity. Saturday my daughter Libbie will get to see the rewards of her summers hard work as she walks behind the pup she trained during the youth hunt weekend. Watching Bailey’s healing progress but looking like she may not flush a bird this season... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

16. ga hunter
First light very nice I hunt 8p quite a bit. Where I hunt in 8g I believe the woodcock are residents and end their migration here in the spring. We started flushing them in August once training opened. There were good numbers of woodcock in the moose river plains the first week of October so hopefully the numbers will be good when the migration comes down.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
