Thanks for all the kind words.  First try at a plot. I think i made the right choice so far with the terrain and pH.  I would hate to have to try to work that area every year.  I want to get some soy beans in somewhere, but between pasture for the cows and fields abutting roads, there isn't much chance for that.  i was going to use this field for the beans cuz it is about 6acres total but much of it too steep to mess with.  i am playing with smaller areas of brassicas and some oats on trails in/out.
