Bear Cooperator Packet ?

Anyone ever receive one of these after taking a bear in New York? If so when did you get it. NYS DEC Site says "late summer," and I'm waiting here.

Must be the DEC checks this site, after my post stating I've been waiting two year

for a response I recieved a letter from them five days later

I thought you suppose to call them after harvesting one and they do the inspection, pull the tooth out and then you get the plaque and the packet I guess

yes i just received mine a week ago for taking my bear first day of archery season last year. it only comes with a letter and a patch no plaque.
