Anyone ever receive one of these after taking a bear in New York? If so when did you get it. NYS DEC Site says "late summer," and I'm waiting here.

One way or another, I think it is really exciting that rare and foreign animals can, and clearly do cross into and out of areas in which they are not considered to regularly exist. Makes the woods that much more primal feeling when you venture out.

Hey, welcome to New York in advance. I doubt you'll find New York hunting quite as exhilarating as any of the places your hunting this year, but we do have some good opportunities for big woods whitetail, and black bear. To respond to your question I hunt will be hunting in PA and NY this year.

Legally, its his property and he could put you off it if he wanted. Ethically, between friends, between men, its pretty bad form on his part. I'm going to put it out there that if it were me, he could have that buck, that stand, and everything else on his property, because I wouldn't be there again. If that is any indication on how your club will be governed in the future, it seems like a great club FOR HIM to be in. Just my opinion.
