Back tension will cause your draw elbow to drop ever so slightly tilting the release enough to go off, total surprise. Its a rush!

Carter release is one of the best. I've got a prototype from about 20 yrs ago called the " insatiable hole".  Rep gave it to me when I was a archery tech.
