arrow nocker
I have 16 black pictures on my moultrie D50.the flash is not working.I checked it and the flash is on auto. This sucks cause i have a nice scrape its on and i wanna know what i have hitting it. You think this is cause of the bright moonlight? I have had black pictures around just at nightfall before. Sucks.Have had this camera for 3 months and havnt hardly got any pics of deer with it. I think its a peice of crap camera really.
WNYBuckHunter
Have you called Moultrie or done any software updates to the cam? For some reason Moultries seem to need software updates now and then to solve blackout and whiteout problems. Moutrie's support can point you in the right direction on how to do the updates. BucktheBuck30-06
Man the best thing you could do in the world is never buy another camera from them again. And thats the truth the reveiws are horrible. And the service center is even worse they will ask you to pay for it to get fixed pay for shipping there and back.It is a rip of my freind had so many problem with his BRAND NEW CAMERA,,and they didnt want to know a thing..It made better target pratice for the 12g birdshot!!! arrow nocker
I called and got a girl that said of course the simple stuff like check it to see if flash is off.DUHH!!!She said i could reboot it by taking the bateries out and holding the power button on for 1-2 minuites."With the bateries out"?"That doesn't make any since".So i asked her "what sensor was the one that was the flash/ light sensor".I asked "is it that big white round one"?And she said "yes".I said "you shure"?She says three times"Yes". Hahahah. That is is the freaking motion/heat sensor.I got the dang book.LOL. So i coverd the right sensors with black tape.So it should be flashing on every pic. Tried it and no flash. What a POS.I just bought it brand new and can't find the dang receipt. I got a 37 dollar wildview that is working day and night.Go figure.LOL. WNYBuckHunter
I agree that Moutrie's service seems to have gone down hill. Call them back though and complain, or try taking it back to the store you got it from.
