I need a whisker biscuit due to my most recent equipment malfunction today when ordering how do you tell if you need small or med?

What arrows are you shooting? Most carbons use the Med and most aluminums use the Large I believe. There are some smaller diameter carbons that need the Small though.

Thank you guys but you know what ill go to the archery shop instead of cableas i like that better anyway.
