Just got through finishing up grinding mixing and stuffing 10#'s of sweet Italian sausage....took left overs...made a little patty and had it for lunch.......I hope the stuff in casings taste as good!!...the boys will have a treat at camp the first week....will be doing the snack sticks later in the week if I get that doe I want...temps too warm last night and today ...but in the morning they best watch out!

Well I know whats for supper tonight
