Sausage & Gravy

Anyone have a good recipe for sausage & Gravy? I love this stuff for breakfast and the restaurant where I used to get it is still closed due to the flood.

This is the same as I use, I just get the Pillsbury biscuits instead of from scratch.

Glad this came up. My brother & I were just talking about the lost recipe and old friend who passed on had. Did it with moose too. Another bit for the files. Ever try red eye gravy? Same stuff just a dash of coffee grounds as I recall for color.

Stopped in the Iron Kettle on Rt 16 in South Wales for breakfast. Guess what was on the specials. Sausage, bisquits and gravy with two eggs. Just what I needed.

I just got a chance to try this recipe and it is great, I did add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes I like my food spicy. I also bought the biscuits at KFC.Thanks to all for the responses.
