Hello from south Florida

I am a transplanted New Yorker working in Florida for the past 25 years and in the process of returning . I have been reading this site some, since last year having found it on a Fl. fishing site. I have hunted, fished and trapped in N.Y for over 50 years , especially in the Delaware Schoharie, Green counties. We just returned last night from a fairly sucsessful deer and real estate hunting trip in the Roxbury,Grand Gorge, Stamford area, for the past 3 weeks.

Opening day I took a 165lb 6 pointer in Grand Gorge and we are negotiating on 3 properties in the area and looking foward to living in the moutains once agin .

Welcome, i also am a transplant. I moved to FL. in 89 lived in Tampa, Brooksville, And finally Springhill. I moved back to NY in 05. After seeing the difference from florida deer to NY white tail......damn am i glad i came back.
