6 day firearm for deer and bear in New Jersey

I went down to my friends farm for the 6 day gun season . Hes got 150 acres and a few smaller patches in the area. 1st morning(today) i shot an 8 pointer ,saw 3 other smaller bucks and 15 doe. Lots of shooting going on,but you can shoot does if ya have a doe tag. Unlimited does- shoot 2. Check them in at a check station and go back out . Hes got some pics of bears in the area. Biggest one looks like 450 lbs. The bear tag was $2.00. I hope to see one this week. Good luck everyone.

Sat in the rain today and saw 25 does and 3 small bucks. I havent seen any bears yet. The biggest one ive heard of so far is 663 lbs. They shot 200 the first day. You can deer hunt with any weapon till the end of January . There is alot of state land around.

The biggest bear was 829 lbs. It looked like a volkswagon. I saw deer everyday, i shot 1 buck and 4 does in NJ. I got home Sunday night and havent seen a deer yet. Dang. I might go back and take the muzzleloader this time.
