I LOVE hare hunting..I just never found a way to cook the critters so they TASTE good..

Snowshoe hares are great eating. We bone out all the meat...Cook backstaps with no tenderizing by frying or in stews...The hoppers require tenderizing with a meat mallet; then they can be fried or stewed as well...Delicious!!!
