Summit open shot

I love the open shot tree stand. I have been using it for years. My big complaint with it is the seat cushion. I dont know if I installed it correctly or not. Hasn't been a problem but the seat us getting older now and is slipping through the front bar.

Doe anybody have the same issues. Did I install the seat wrong.? I am going weave rope or webbing I think to fix the problem.

I replaced the seat with a much thinner one that came with a turkey vest

does it work better? How did you attach it?

It's much better. I punched holes in it and zip tied it to the frame. I'll try and find a pic, the stand is buried in my attic currently
