Had the guys in for a venison lunch today. All venison preparations were eaten and enjoyed, but the venison taco dip appetizer took the blue ribbon. Brown a pound of venison hamburger, then simmer with packaged taco seasoning and a half teaspoon liquid smoke as per directions. Then mix the taco burger with equal parts of medium (hot if you like) salsa and taco cheese sauce, also medium. Stir well...nuke to heat it thoroughly, and serve with Scoops corn chips...Delicious!!!!
