Bush Hog BH215 brush cutter for sale

I am selling this attachment along with my John Deere 955 tractor, and wanted to post it on this forum first to give hunters a first look. Also, it's been challenging figuring out fair market value for the tractor, and I am hoping some people here might have an opinion of value and or could give me some links to resources to determine fair market value.

Highlights: Only two years old, used sparingly, stored indoors. 60' cutting width. Rated for to cut up to 2" diameter trees. Requires a min 25 hp @ PTO. It has a slip clutch. For Cat 1 or 2 3pt hitch.
