I used to own property and house in 3A for many years and sold it off in 2003. When I went on the hunt for land to build my next home the DEC DMP probability chart was the first thing I looked at. I bought in 3m,lol School systems and crime rates were all secondary. Lol. Sad to see after all these years they're still not giving any permits whatsoever in 3a. It was a pretty productive area back in the early 1970s.
