I have an Axcel Rheotech fixed pin sight up on Ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/165134194910
This one auction is currently at half price they normally are, but I also might have another one kicking around (also new in package) if anyone is interested.

Sight is black with sight housing cover to adjust pin brightness. 0.029" pins that are some of the brightest around though. 2nd and 3rd axis adjustment. it's ambi as you can pull it apart to make it right or left handed. tool-less knobs for rack elevation and windage adjustments. micro adjust knob for pin elevation. Axcel sights are just about bomb proof but I've off loaded some of my bows and currently have nothing to put one on.
