Tactacam issue

Got the reveal x,it shows active ,camera is registered ,I can see/hear it taking pics but I’m not receiving any ?also,all the data does not show on my account .what am I missing here ?(batteries are brand new,so is the SD card )

Both my Reveal Cam's have been a bit sketchy lately due to server issues. Again last night it happened. My hunting partner actually watched a buck go by one of the cam's, and I got no picture of it.
