Trout fishing the Otselic

Does anyone fish the Otselic River and if so what baits are working? Im looking to start fishing again after 20 yrs so any help would be appreciated

I can't help you there. I can tell you what baits don't work in the Ashokan the Rondout and the Esopus. I have fished quite a bit so far with only a few fish to show for it.

I would assume, worms,meal worms, egg sacs,spinners, rooster tails etc. would be effective.

I've fished there on and off the last few years.. For spin fishing i use small trout worms or joe's stone flies.. Also kernals of corn if the water is real murky..
