Started out with  30 lbs of ground sausage mix, plan was to pack it into 1 lb portions in vacuum sealed bags.

If each bag is just 1 ounce over a pound, you end up with 28 full bags, and a 29th that contains about a half a pound.

Took me and the wife a few minutes to figure out what happened.

That is all I have to say about that...
