Yeah Ive been looking at the 6.8. I was planning on doing a 458 SOCOM, but may do a 6.8 first.

Thanks! I still havent had a chance to shoot it, its just looking pretty in my safe for now. Soon enough though.

Actually, you can use a drum mag or any other capacity mag, if its pre ban, and you can use it with any gun. If the rifle is pre ban, you can have the folding stock, etc.

I did not know this.. My AK has a 1971 date stamp, and it came with a 30-round pre-ban mag. I can legally take the 30-rounder hunting? I know that you shouldn't ever need more than 5, but lets face it, an AK with a 5-round mag looks neutered!!!

you cannot use anything over a 5 rounder to hunt with. You can legally own and use them for target shooting, etc.
